We are delighted to have submitted our application for the first phase of the Scone North development and to be revealing the development name, Mansfield Park.
The application relates to the first phase of 42 homes which will be accessed from Stormont Road at Harper Way. With permission granted for 700 homes, the first phase of the development will consist of two, three and four bedroom homes which will be a mix of bungalows and villas.
We anticipate, following a successful planning application, being on site during the first half of 2019. In order to meet this programme, we submitted the application as soon as we had prepared all of the information required. However, we recognise that the timing of the application coincides with the Christmas holidays and have therefore agreed with Perth and Kinross Council’s Planning Department to extend the consultation period by approximately two weeks.
