We are delighted to be making progress at Mansfield Park where construction has commenced on the first phase of homes which should be ready for occupation by Spring 2021.
We are now taking reservations on the first 10 properties, a combination of two and three bedroom semi-detached homes and two, three and four bedroom detached bungalows and villas, with prices ranging from £205,000 to £320,000.
Longer-term, the first phase will see us build 42, two to four bedroom homes, 60% of which will be highly-sought after bungalows, together with a selection of semi-detached and detached homes.
